"Poor"
The room was very out dated. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Stale, stuffy smell in room. Hot tub is a joke. Not very hot and low key pressure. Long walk to main drag of Gatlinburg. The waterfall at indoor pool only on less than an hour. Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I would NEVER stay here again!!!!!

Rooms were clean and roomy. The kids loved the big pool, and the area was large with plenty of comfortable seating as well as tables. All the staff were very friendly.

Everything was great!! The staff were all super friendly, the location was perfect, and the pool was awesome! We even got to check in early! This is a very beautiful location! We will visit again!
